Old Sanaani windows

Sanaanis are master builders. The centuries-old tower houses of Sanaa’s Old City are built of sun-dried mudbrick. Above the windows are semi-circular tainted glass qamariyas that always adorn Yemeni houses. The Old City has a way of enchanting its visitors and transporting them to an ancient time.
