This was a performance that brought a lot of different elements together. Traditon, hip hop, rap, and song. People from all over the world came together on this special night. From Yemen, Palestine, Iraq, Europe, Somalia, Ethiopia, Saudia Arabia, Sudan, Russia, and the USA. We are trying to open Yemen to different things and introduce the world to a different side of Yemen. And maybe through music (a universal language)we can help the uneducated go back to school, send messages of peace, and unite this beautiful country with positive messages to our youth.
